Not strictly a pub, but this place is licensed for alcohol and we found it very dog friendly (dog biscuit given when we arrived) and with great food. We went for brunch and had lovely Eggs Benedict and smashed avocado with poached eggs. Not cheap but good quality food, nice ambience and a gorgeous view of the sea. It is right on the promenade.

What a little gem of a pub just near Poole quay front and run by James and Daniel. The food was great and the modern, clean and relaxed decor reflects the very welcoming and relaxed owners. Very happy to welcome well behave dogs and the food was very good. A Sunday roast to tempt all with a good vegetarian option. The sticky toffee pudding is a real treat. Located on the Southwest Coastal Path and at the start of the Jurassic Coast this Pub/Inn has been a favourite watering hole for the weekend sailors from Poole Harbour for years. Studland Bay stretches with golden sands from the Chain ferry at Sandbanks right up this pub and dogs can be on the beach, without leads, all year round on South & Middle beachs, and On leads for Shell Bay. They also have a Micro Brewery and 10 bedrooms, not sure regarding dogs in the bedrooms, but they are allowed throughout the pub. Busy in the summer season, but food is always of good quality and reasonably priced.

This is a really lovely, welcoming pub. It has recently been taken over by Joe and Chloe the new landlords, and they have turned the pub around. It has been redecorated and is now a warm and friendly pub, the food is fantastic, and even better they allow pets inside!
